Freeze dried fruit is light and crispy. Freeze drying preserves 97% of the fruits nutrients versus dehydrated which preserves 60-75%. We make our products from ripe fresh fruit, never pre frozen from the the freezer section. Peaches are made from local Adams county peaches. Production will start August 2023 when peaches are ripe.
